Massive thanks to everyone for all the advice and encouragement - made the whole endeavour far more fun and manageable. I was seriously questioning my sanity half way from #8 AVDP and legs were pretty much broken at the end of #9 GOAT but got it done.
Will do a write up in coming days once I’ve recovered a bit, although some of my notes are a little hard to read! I did make far too much food taking the advice about flavour fatigue perhaps a little too far. In the end flavour fatigue wasn’t a problem, but temperature fatigue was - I was desperate for some hot food during the last 2 rides.
Will probably take me a few days before I can even look at flapjack, ginger cake or banana, coffee and walnut loaf again
One very important thing and you probably don’t even want to LOOK at your bicycle now but tomorrow, you should do a recovery level ride. Recovery Spin comes to mind. If you don’t you may find that any ride you do in a few days will be very uncomfortable.

Sir Glen @Glen.Coutts : I did based on what a level 3 USAT Triathlon coach told me. I also forgot the butter on only one ride. I had BLISTERS for a few days (talk about being uncomfortable).
