Login on App doesn‘t work

I can login to Manage Subscriptions and can see my active subscription. However, Logging in from the App doesn’t work (with same credentials).

Is there some known issue?

Yes, big AWS issue also impacting Signal, Snapchat and multiple other applications.

just happened to me in the last hour (it’s 11AM US central time 20/10/25).

much of SYSTMs backend is hosted on Heroku who appear to have been struggling to recover from the AWS outage all day.

We’re waiting for Heroku to fully recover, and can’t do anything until then I’m afraid :frowning:
