Hi all,
I just bought the KICKR CORE 2 with Zwift Cog and Click and I have an issue with the Cog.
I installed a Trek and I have an issue with the Cog. When I pedal backward, the chain doesn’t move back. it seems that either the Cog is stuck when going backward, or there is something in the derailer not allowing the chain to go backward. I posted a link to a video showing the issue.
Does anybody experienced a similar issue?

Hi I have the same issue! Did you manage to solve it?
I am a rather curious fellow here and perhaps asking a dumb question, did you guys have to shorten your chain to use the cog?
I am considering getting the cog as well, but I have not an idea if I need to shorten my chain just to use the cog. Currently I am using a 11-speed, 52-36 chainring with a 11-34 cassette.

hi, I had made a couple of mistakes. First I forgot to put the spacer in the cog, which was provided in the box. Second I screwed the axle to tight, once I loosened it a bit the chain was able to move freely backward.
Hope this fixes it for you too

Thanks for replying! I figured out my issue too - basically when I installed the cog, I hadn’t “clicked” it into place. I had to spend a couple of minutes pressing on it firmly and rotating until it clunked into place in the Kickr Core. Have cycled twice since and runs perfectly.
See you on the (virtual) road
