Minions

I emailed the minions yesterday and usually get an automated response within minutes saying the email has been received and will be addressed asap. So far nothing. This is not a complaint or grumble, the minions do an amazing job, are very supportive, helpful and proficient, I am just wondering if there is an email gremlin at work, maintenance or something .
It was more a feature request so not in terrible hurry for reply.

I’m sorry you haven’t gotten a reply from us yet! I’m not seeing any new tickets from you, which is odd. Did the reply include a ticket number, that would be helpful in trying to locate it.
