Thanks for the episode! Now Iβm thinking about riding during recovery days. I prefer riding my bike instead of driving a car when meeting friends etc, which typically means about 10km with 100m vertical.
When training with a plan, is it always Ok to ride βextraβ like this or should I sometimes choose car because of the plan?
@Ohannula Volume and intensity are different things. If you are just doing easy spinning then it is probably fine but certainly keep an eye on how you are balancing additional riding with the work that is scheduled in your plan.
