LOL I was hoping me finding some scissors to get the last of my chamois butter would have been it but I got the good luck it seems. I’m gonna say I went hard enough to crash SYSTM. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it. 
There’s a shower and dinner in my future before I fill out Rupert’s form, but absolutely.
All that said, the videos were fun! Quite enjoyed them. I was originally put off by the name, but there’s much more to it than the bleeding eyes and all that.
100%. It’s all tongue in cheek yet incredibly powerfully motivational. And there’s literally nothing out there like this in the indoor training space.
