GvA says you need to push harder!
But the good news is you’ve only got two more after you’ve finished The Chores!
Keep going! Allez! Allez! Allez!
Chores done, day being rued
Almost ran out of chamois cream that would have been bad.
You are close now @richie_engineer . You’re gonna make it. Whatever it takes is all you’ll need to give. I’ll tell everyone at the Knights table to start scooting over cause we need to make room for another chair. Cheering for you from here in Chicago.
The Downward Spiral is one of the few videos I severely lack in pre-remastered screenshots. I’ll send myself to the flogging stations later.

GAAH SYSTM crashed with 3 intervals left.
I am dual recording on a ROAM, tried to do them from memory.
Ok it saved the workout up to the point it died.
Even if it doesn’t count I’m super proud of this.

You are a Sufferlandrians legend! A Sufferlandrian knighthood quest wouldn’t be complete without a technical obstacle to overcome.
Welcome to the castle, Sir Richie!
It certainly counts in my book.
Don’t forget to submit the proper form and describe your full day of Type 2 fun!

I heard we do real paigne instead of champagne, but I couldn’t find any at the store so Cava it is.
Cheers!
LOL I was hoping me finding some scissors to get the last of my chamois butter would have been it but I got the good luck it seems. I’m gonna say I went hard enough to crash SYSTM. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it. ![]()

There’s a shower and dinner in my future before I fill out Rupert’s form, but absolutely.
All that said, the videos were fun! Quite enjoyed them. I was originally put off by the name, but there’s much more to it than the bleeding eyes and all that.
100%. It’s all tongue in cheek yet incredibly powerfully motivational. And there’s literally nothing out there like this in the indoor training space.
