Storming the castle with Sir Evan on Sunday 25

I had a similar Dumoulin moment during my first KOS. lol. I had to go badly between videos 9 and 10. Still made it back in time for ride #10. And glad I didn’t need to go in a grassy field.

Been there, had that. Stages 4-7 of my quest I don’t remember what videos I did, just clenching for dear life to get to the break in between.

And a change of kit I hope.

I filled in the KOS application form on the Wahoo website on the 25th and got an email acknowledging receipt. What happens next…
SYSTM has started calling me Sir Stephen…
Do I get a certificate and some decals and can I order the Knight’s jersey…?
And how do i get referred to as KOS on this forum ?
Many thanks

all good questions. I have no answers though. That said, you SHOULD receive a certificate, decals, the top-secret code to order the KoS jersey and an option to add the KoS tag in the forums. You SHOULD also see Knight of Sufferlandria beside your name on the forum and get an invitation to the super-top-secret KoS category in the forums and the super-duper-top-secret Knight’s page on FB.

I have no idea which minion (or minions) takes care of this now since Sir Cody Moore has left the building. Perhaps Sir @Rupert can point you in the right direction (which is up, always up  )

Dame Elissa P. handled mine a couple of months ago. It took approximately a month for that process to happen. (I completed my challenge on 29 April, and received my notification around the 30th of May, I think.) I did receive access to the Knights section of the forum and the ability to order a kit. No decals, but a pdf file of a certificate suitable for printing and framing with GvA’s “x” though. My forum icon is accompanied by “Knight of Sufferlandria” now, but no KoS on the pic. Maybe that’s something I have to do?

Correct. You do that in your profile settings.

Edit: Waitaminnit, have you still not received your decals?

No decals. I’ll send a note to Dame Ellisa. Perhaps the Royal Sufferlandrian Mail has been on an extended holiday!

Coincidentally my KoS kit arrived today!

Nice. I’ve got a Cuore jersey from another challenge I’ve done. Quality kit there!

Still no sign of this happening. Pretty demoralising really after the suffering I went through.
I can’t even order the knights jersey.

You submitted your official request thru the link on this page? I think you already said you had.

I think @Rupert went on a vacation (I didn’t know that was allowed), but hopefully if the timing matches then one of the other minions will get it taken care of very soon. But we all know how bad minions are at playing with the timing devices.

Keep up your morale! Like I said above it took close to a month when I completed my challenge on April 29. I hope they’ll get back to you soon!

It took about a month for me to receive my decals too. But I am sure Sir Cody did expedite it for me before he left the building.
The inked SUF seal on the was smudge though :frowning:

Did you receive an email?
The bestowment certificate is by email.

Yep, did it same day and got the automatic reply. Radio silence ever since :unamused:

Was gonna say…that looks gruesome! The unrelenting IF’s alone makes me cry bloody tears.

To clarify, still no decals for me after about three months. Took about a month to get an email from a human acknowledging my achievement, with an attached PDF certificate and access to the KoS forum and the ability to purchase a kit. I believe they are quite a bit behind, with lower numbers of staff.

For my KOS in November of last year my decals were sent about 2 weeks after I completed my attempt. However, we were having problems with our mail being stolen and/or misdelivered and I never received it. Right about that time Sir Cody (who was diligently in charge of these matters) was lost in the layoffs (along with a number of other Sufferfest staff). I messaged Sir David directly and he took care of me - tho with the holidays I still didn’t receive mine until February and I still had to follow up a couple times.

So, my recommendation is to email the minions in Wahoo support. Dame Ellisa is who took care of getting GvA to finally send mine out. You can message her directly, or contact the general Wahoo support email. Either way I’m sure they will get you taken care of and give you some kind of ETA.
