If you have, have you noted any other changes in your power curve? Training muscle fibers for one type of effort can interfere with other types of efforts. If you have tried to train it and failed, maybe you need another strategy?

After the Shimofusa criterium (γγγ΅γγ―γͺγγͺγ¦γ 9ζ γγ£γγγγ«γγ) I decided to ride home to Ikebukuro (Tokyo) on my Canyon Aeroad.
85km 2/3 of which were really nice and dry. After that, heavy rain started to pour down all the way from the border between Chiba and Tokyo until I arrived at home. But it was warm and so I didnβt mind.
I highly recommend the Teganuma bike path. Itβs pretty and well designed. Very enjoyable.

Well, I guess thatβs the point.
I do sprints up to 30s, and then 3min, 5min etc.
The 1min is simply underrepresented in my training and thus I should put a bit more focus on it. For some reason I neglect itβ¦
