Only 4 minutes of that entire workout are hard*. Seriously.
Should be easier than half is easy then, right?
Normally my self talk is pretty encouraging during a workout… The Trick slowly grinds my legs to a halt and each time, I end up yelling at my legs for refusing to overcome the resistance.
Everytime I look at the graph of this workout I think it shouldn’t feel nearly as awful as it does. Though watching Froomey run up Ventoux kind of helps make up for it.
Those one-minute Trick AC intervals are my happy place, especially the last few minutes of each minute when the legs start refusing to move . The so called tempo section at the end is what kills me! Although, to be fair, it would probably do that regardless of the fun that precedes it
