Normally my self talk is pretty encouraging during a workout… The Trick slowly grinds my legs to a halt and each time, I end up yelling at my legs for refusing to overcome the resistance.

Everytime I look at the graph of this workout I think it shouldn’t feel nearly as awful as it does. Though watching Froomey run up Ventoux :rofl: kind of helps make up for it.

Those one-minute Trick AC intervals are my happy place, especially the last few minutes of each minute when the legs start refusing to move :rabbit:. The so called tempo section at the end is what kills me! Although, to be fair, it would probably do that regardless of the fun that precedes it :thinking:

uhhhhh…
so i did today…
after half an hour i can feel my legs again.
which evil mind is responsible for this???
the first interval, was hard…
the second… now I got u baby…
the third… now I know how it works, let the body do the work…
stand sit stand easy peasy…
the fourth…
oh my god… the last 25 seconds, still rocking, but than I had to stand,
aaaaand it was gone, the last ten seconds… i saw some unicorns.
but pretty stable and the end, nice steady effort at ftp and a nice sprint at the end.

i relly like this kind of workouts, toolshed, suf idol, half is easy,
always all in , and pretty stable.
but this is some kind of monster.
i never was happier for such long time of recovery,
but the last 10 seconds of each interval… oh boyyy

so, who ever is responsible for this evil workout,
congratulations
a very nice workout indeed,
next time I will crush it :man_dancing:
