@DameLisa ha ha - let’s just say if I try to get up I’m encouraged not too!!
Where’s the “vomit” emoji when you need it…
Joyride + Cobbler. Like perfect couple. But different.
Done & Dusted, met all my 4DP targets. Now, the trick is to make sure those targets are achieved all week long
Love your wall
Is it just me that’s totally buggered at the end of today?
nope
After a few false starts (Kickr+SUF has been faultless for a year, wouldn’t work today?!?), I’m going in.
Joyride done in nuclear mode, Cobbler underway. Bring it on.
They need to follow the ship and be sunk.
Just finished stage 1 -after some hesitation - in nuclear mode. Never did Joy ride before and was not looking forward to these MAP intervals as a starter. Whose idea was it to combine these two in stage 1 anyway ?
I really love The Cobbler; the video, music and long intervals, great
Well done everyone.
Ouch. My uninsulated garage isnt quite that cold, but I can see my breath and I still need a fan and a thin short sleeved jersey.
I was going to keep quiet about this as you never know if GvA is reading the forum… but I actually feel great after Stage 1.
I’ll probably regret this statement a week today.
Agreed with the others who’ve commented. The ‘reduction’ is basically 5-10% throughout it looks like. Which is probably just about enough to stop your legs falling off as bloody stumps. As with most things Sufferfest, mind over matter is a powerful thing. And just remember, IWBMATTKYT
Stage one done. Joyride was a real shock to the system, Heartrate skyhigh, didn’t know what the EF i was doing. Turned out my 4DP numbers are measured with my Stages powermeter not the builtin PM in the Hammer…going nuclear 110% is not what I planned…so, switched to Stages, and Cobbler is now my favorite SUF vid.
Music is just fantastic, last 12 minutes of the second cobble section, my smile couldn’t have been bigger. If memory serves my right, kudos to sir @Francois-Wahoo ?
