On Race the Lake they had Gatorade Sport or something like that, it different than regular gatorade, either way that sat with me worse than the regular stuff does so since then I’ve been doing the same thing in packing my own baggies of “white powder”. Science in Sport used to make single serve packs and for whatever stupid reason they decided to stop making them. Handiest little things on the face of the planet.
