This section of the forum is a great idea.

The ‘From the Coaches’ posts are an excellent source of information and guidance and are really informing my approach to my training.

Hey Sir @Cody.Moore, just tagged Sirs Neal and Mac in another post and then wondered if, in addition to being the topic area where coaches share their posts, is this an appropriate area to post questions to the coaches as well? Wondering what your/the coaches thoughts are on this?
