Hey peeps, I paid the princely sum of $65 for a 30 minute ‘Chat with’ Coach Spencer and it was really good value. I got loads out of it, from training plan mods to answers to a bunch of niggly little questions. If you’re on the fence about signing up, go for it: it really delivers.

Here’s a shout out for Coach Spencer and the rest of the coaching team. They answer questions routinely here in the forums and are experts at making you better Sufferlandrians.
