This is an excellent discussion and I would like to thank all who have contributed. I just turned 65 last week and have just finished the 6 week Ramp Up program that concluded with Full Frontal.
I have decided to use this week to actively recover walking outdoors and spinning on the trainer using The Frozen Road today.
The recovery videos are superb keeping me in lower zone 2.
My biggest challenge right now, aside from recovering from Full Frontal, is deciding on which program to follow next.
