Looking at installing a 11-28t cassette on a Kickr as I have this spare. Bike is running with a 11-32t cassette, does anyone know if I can use the existing set-up, i.e. the chain on the bike, rather than buying a new chain to run the bike on the Kickr?
As long as your chain is not worn beyond 0.5% it should work and shift absolutely fine
