Cat/cow breathing is opposite in mobility

In Neck and Upper Back Mobility B the cat/cow breathing instructions are opposite of Abi’s. Typically cat is exhale and cow is inhale. In this session the narrator says to inhale on cat and exhale on cow. Why? It’s confusing.

Maybe to work on mental flexibility?

Really: I have no idea whether there’s a reason or whether the yoga video way is more right or whether it it was even intentional.

I use several yoga instructors. ALL of them emphasize Inhale on Cat, Exhale on Cow. Why? Because you are extending the abdomen on Cat and compressing it on Cow.
