Today I had issues uploading a ride to Strava from the Elemnt app…it was saying failure data link, or similar. A friend said he had similar and suggested deleting the ride from the app, which I did. This immediately deleted it from the head unit too and it now appears lost
Any suggestions if this can be recovered?

Where was the app getting the ride from? SYSTM?

No I get that it was out of your head unit, but were you uploading it to the head unit from somewhere? I bring in workouts from SYSTM, TR, Komoot, etc. to the head unit. Just wondering if you can go back to an original app and re-push?
The route was plotted in ridewithgps. Rode the route, tried to upload the completed ride, that’s when I had the problem
