Hi there,
After I finish a ride, the synching was not at 100% and I deleted the ride and synched agai which worked.
Today, I had a ride that I could see on the Bolt V2 but on the Element again only some %( outside internet).
So I deleted the file on the Element thinking that I could synch again but this time, it deleted from the Bolt, I couldn’t find anymore in the history.
Is it possible to retrieve it somehow?

I don’t know if this is possible, but if it is, contacting Wahoo Support directly would be the best route.
