I got through it, which means that my planned HM/FF week coming up will give me higher numbers (huzzah/oh no).
But it also reminded me:
don’t let the pushing-shoving doofuses at the end of Hammer 3 discourage you.
Look for the Jersey Flapper in Hammer 4.
Mr. Shortcut in Hammer 7 might have been a teammate in The Rookie
And, on a serious note:
The Michigan song means that you have 21.5 minutes of hammering down and only 9 to go.
For me, it is easier to get through the last intervals by counting the seconds to the next 0.1 kilometer or mile mark.
