Good evening forum should i be using ERG mode for the systm workouts i have a kickr bike and erg is off and it continuing does the death lock and if i try to add power (standing up) the bike slips , i’ve had the bike for 2 years and it works perfect on all rides except the training workouts , thanks in advance
