Export workout from ELEMNT as .csv rather than .fit?

I have an ELEMNT Bolt.

I want to get a workout recording on the Bolt into a .csv format file.

I can see how I can use the ELEMNT app on my iPhone to email myself a workout file in .fit format, and I can see that there are some Garmin utilities that can convert the binary .fit into a text based .csv on a windows desktop.

Is there a more convenient way to get a .csv format file?

Gentle bump, plus does anyone know at what frequency the Bolt device stores records of measurements. That is, what is the gap between the timestamps of each record?

lol, I guess if I do the conversion I will see this.

There is no built in mechanism, only outside conversion. And it’s 1 second.
