FFS SYSTM. Why can’t you just play nice with the last interval in G.O.A.T. so I can finish my legs off properly and the profile be in uniform. I had a feeling that something was going to be amiss when the second to last interval was a bit wonky but I held out hope that it Would All Be Fine. Well, it wasn’t! All that work and stillness for nothing. FFFS. Geez!!
