Just received an e-mail saying that there is a free Tickr HRM on offer if we sign up for a year - similar to the deal from last year… It says you need to sign up before Oct 20th, and there are T’s & C’s but the link doesn’t work!
Anybody else get the offer? My subs run to Nov 7th, wonder if I can sign up again and claim the Tickr?

Please note that this offer is only available for new yearly sign-ups; that includes Sufferlandrians who switch from monthly to yearly, brand new subscribers (never subscribed before), or Sufferlandrians who had a yearly subscription in the past that is not currently active.
Thanks Rebecca, is there likely to be an incentive for those of us that already have an annual subscription (other than guaranteeing prolonged suffering and the heartwarming knowledge that our loyalty helps to fund the nation?).

I had been going back and forth with support about a few unrelated issues with the support email and I had found a glitch/bug regarding the tickr offer. The email used for this forum account is the same as the one linked to my training account, so please take a look at your earliest convenience as it could save you folks a headache later on!

Switch your membership to annual and you should receive an email in 5mins with the offer
My membership is already set to Annual. Do I need to change it and switch it back?

my yearly subscription renews on 16th of October 2020. I’d like to get the free TICKR as well, but it seems a little silly to cancel the current subscription and then start a new one before 20th.
Will there be a similar incentive for us regular yearly subscribers?
