I 100% agree that it is important to keep using your muscles and incorporating strength training into your routine, @Coach.Spencer.R wrote a great piece about this a few weeks back:

The Kickstarter plan is good, from there i would then go onto the all-purpose plan as you have the option of adding strength to this.
A customised plan can also be beneficial, especially if you want to discuss this in more detail during your 30min consultation call.
