Help! Two questions:

  1. I wasn’t given a rider type. Please don’t make me do this again anytime soon, but I want a rider type.
  2. Coach me up. I lost ground on my 1 min. AC. and didn’t improve on FTP. Could this be technique for AC and need for an improved training plan to advance beyond the FTP plateau?

I had the same thing this morning… Simply shut down the app and reload it, and everything should fix itself.
