I did see one last week where a new account with 100+ likes made a post asking about gear recommendation and another new account made a comment with a recommendation and link. Reported it and it seems like you got it (thanks!).

I know you have a graduated levels thing here, maybe having links in posts or comments should require a higher level, unfortunately.
