Just got it and I linked my Garmin watch to it but he pace is unrealistic and slow. When I set treadmill to an 8:00 pace with 2% incline my watch is saying 10:00 pace. What am I doin wrong? Thanks
How do you know the watch is calibrated correctly - something about stride length?

You’re assuming your watch is correct. How are you validating that?
For instance I had to do a specific run test to calibrate my Stryd footpod, and it reads pretty accurately.
How do you know your watch is more accurate than the machine with stepper motors?
