I have 2x stainless tool chest things on wheels with drawers and a wooden work top. These roll under my big standup work table. The low profile drawers are the top are all felt lined and hold my tools all nicely laid out.
My mate is a home mechanic, and he has similar ones but they are bigger and 3x wider and have a mounted back board with his most used tools all mounted up on custom 3d printed clips.
These are great because you can roll them out when working on something and then roll them back and out the way.
Ooohhhh, aaahhh! Really like the smaller one, too much of a mechanic-newbie for the larger one. Think I’ll have to invest in a label maker as well. Thank you @DameLisa
Nice! That’s similar to what I had in my previous two places, but now I’m in a finished basement. There are two windows, but the view is limited to galvanized corrugated steel window wells.
I’m getting dizzy looking at the floor. However, I might look at a colored mat as I keep banging my foot on the legs of my KICKR CORE. Eventually, I will end up breaking toes.
