Locked OUT?

I am trying to log on to the app but I am getting an error that my username & password aren’t valid. You know, the one I have used for YEARS! So I hit the Forgot Password and enter my email. I get a message that an email has been sent. Buuuut…NO EMAIL??

I am sure this can get worse, just not sure how!

This happened to you a couple years ago and I think it was a problem with one of their servers or something.

Maybe contact support?
