Medial thigh cramps

Me too!!!
I decided to try Magnesium Glycinate. It suppose to have about the same absorbency as Citrate but supposedly without that specific GI side effect.

I can relate to that. I have woken up to my thigh muscles cramping and I am unable to move.

I also take potassium tablet supplements to help with cramping. This is in addition to drinking electrolytes during and after the workout. Eating bananas are also good too.

Another thing I also do is when the cramp happens I drink some pickle juice but I couldn’t do this when I was asleep and woke up suddenly from the cramps.

Mostly my cramps come from electrolyte loss but when I am training and pushing hard (and long) I can also get cramps while cycling.
