In AC Progression 5, at 2 minutes to go in each of the recovery intervals between sets, the statement “20 seconds to go” appears. Needless to say that is incorrect.

I’m pretty sure that’s on purpose. It’s a silly rehetorical question that’s kind of a joke and doesn’t need an answer. Like Sufferlandrians don’t know how to (or think they need to) recharge. Since right before that the cyclist says “Have you suff… er I mean recharged today?” The answer is the entire video/workout.

The Cure, second interval when the 90s tempo section starts (after the 20s MAP repeats) text on screen says “just below threshold” but it’s only (?) at 90% of FTP
I did Attacker yesterday and at this point in the warmup, it still says “Increase your cadence a bit” but the actual cadence target drops from 90rpms to 80rpms.
