Just did The 64 (Violator) today. The workout continuously has a target HR in zone 1, which is ridiculous. You’re in zone 4 after the first few sprints and remain there until the end of each set. I realize that setting HR targets is difficult with rapid intervals, but setting the target at zone 4 would be a better reflection of what you’re feeling during the workout.
Thanks for flagging, this has now been updated and ‘Look For Things Where You Can Find Them’ has been added.
This is really nit-picky but in Nine Hammers the timing of intervals and overall duration are slightly out of sync in places. To the extent that when it finishes it displays 1 second left on the recovery interval.
I will add this to the to do list.
Alternating Sit Throughs (as pictured) are missing from the list of exercises in Shoulders and Upper Back Mobility D
Told Off By Angels (remastered), with 35mim to go there’s a rouge “little less (30sec)” on the screen that doesn’t fit the interval (half way through a 50s recovery I think)
TOBA and Shoulder & Hip Mobility D have been updated.
Thanks for the callouts!
In Cadence Builds, the video is about 2-3 seconds ahead of the power/cadence changes. From 2:53 on to the end, there is nothing but a dark screen. It looks like when you took out the promotion that was there before, no video was substituted.
Did Clobber again yesterday - thanks for keeping in the pandemic / non-cycling bits of video (although the cycling footage / text is a bit bland!)
I noticed that there’s still plenty of VoiceOver from the before-times Cobbler from Phil Liggett unrelated to the action on the screen - is that intentional or not?
I quite liked it - thinking that its a hint cobbler remake with a similar story to the OG could reappear… please?!
(and cobbles or china it was quite a hard work out. Which was nice).
Rode the new Pete Stetina Feeding The Rat but the upload didn’t have the picture when it hit Strava, I disconnected my Wahoo / Strava connection and tried again but still no picture upload. I rode the new EF Explore ride yesterday which uploaded with a picture and today I also rode Joyride and Open 15 both which uploaded to Strava with pictures as well, can someone have a look please.
@Heretic on Cadence Builds are you on the latest remastered version? I just checked and the workout is synced to the efforts?
@Inotrope hmm, if you have timestamps that would be great to check as I am sure we scrubbed the audio to remove the previous commentary.
@Shaned1972 Thanks for the note, seems there was an issue with the image upload. I have now added it. Feel free to add it manually here:
I must be using the latest version because there is no red exclamation point telling me that there is a more recent version. Note in the image below, the screen prompt says Easy, but there is still one second left on the countdown timer and power target. This image appears slightly after the countdown timer hits 2 seconds.
Thanks @Rupert
Hmm, I am on the same timestamp as you (using remaining time in workout and there is definitely something amiss here.
EF 2025 segment on Chaves (20min in) has translations at the bottom, which means one can’t read them behind the ride data.
Which is a shame, as I was wanting to know what he’s gonna do next… ![]()
Same for Cedrine K 45min in
Noticed this as well would be nice if you could move the subtitles or the workout to the top of the screen, I have seen this before on other videos and you can’t read what’s being said if it’s subtitled.
Did the remastered Who Dares.
During the first big effort in the warmup we’re told the riders are heading into their first big climb but our gradient is 0% and stays there. There is no Climb integration though there’s a fair bit of climbing in it so it would really enhance the engagement for those lucky enough to have a Climb, or a Bike v1,2 or Pro.
Also, after the sprint in the first 9.5 min effort we’re asked how we’re feeling and told we should be settled in to a tempo effort which is 4 watts under my ftp so, more like a threshold effort.
In the other sets it’s called just below threshold or some such.
Thank you for your attention to this matter ![]()
