I’ve been spending more time reading through different training ideas lately, and it’s interesting how even small insights can completely change the way someone approaches their workouts. For some people it might be a pacing strategy, for others it could be recovery habits, nutrition timing, or just learning when to push hard versus when to back off. I’m curious, what’s one training tip or lesson that really changed how you ride, run, or train? Something that made a noticeable difference once you started applying it consistently. Always open to learning from others’ experience here.

High volume athlete, driven by 190 miles a week of bike commuting.
Actually polarizing my training - easy rides easy, hard rides hard - has been remarkable. Using an e-bike for commuting and then being able to hit hard on the weekends has done wonders, even though my “fitness” scores have all decreased with overall TSS.
