Power Pedals - Blue Lights have gone on one pedal

As with the title my right-hand pedal now no longer lights up with the blue lights when it starts to indicate that it’s working. Left pedal is fine and both light up green when charging.

No problems with power reading just lost the lights.

Just curious if this has happened to anyone else?

Yes happened to a lot of users. In August I went through 4 double sided units that were nearly dead on arrival in the store. The repeat of such stories indicate that up to 90% of production units are faulty, whether poor quality batteries etc. the statistical odds of getting so many consecutive bad units dictates the manufacturing reliability stats.

Same thing for me. I bought the pedals back in March and never removed them from their package. I installed them two days ago on a new bike that i got. I couldn’t connect the pedals to my iPhone and tried charging them. I successfully did so without spinning the 360 degrees as instructed. They were both at 8% charged. After 10 minutes one of them got to 30%, the other one was stuck in 8%. Firmware was 1.0.4 or something with no option to upgrade.I removed the sensor from the app in hopes of the issues being fixed when paired anew (both firmware upgrade and not charging) and tried to connect them again but nothing happens. Left pedal blinks blue, right does nothing. When both plugged in to charger, they blink green. Are the faulty? I assume yes.

And now none blinks blue when disconnected from power.

Just for an update on my end - power on both pedals is still working fine. Still charges and if the comparison with my trainer is anything to go by is still accurate - just no blue lights.

My left pedal is with the same problem

Hi ! Wahoo resolved your problem ?

Yes. Really helpful and eager to help by replacing them when every other solution failed to work.
