Screen is the map as the standard. If I had a cadence sensor, it would be on this page as well.
the overview of speed/riden distance / time etc. will change descent to current HR
HR zones overview
Was talking to a friend recently about the complexity of hobbys or – if one doesn’t like the term – things one is dedicated to. Cycling has become very complex. I have that one friend I occasionally ride with: no head unit, no sensors, no indoor training, no platform memberships, no Strava, no nothing. She dropped the Eddie Merckx quote the other day: “Just ride your bike.”
I don’t have a power meter so my main metric is HR

Workout Time (total) ( I don’t care about moving time, i’m always on the clock to get home and pick up the kids or make dinner)
Time of day ( same reason as above)

Current Speed ( vs workout average)

Summit Segments - I used this for a couple of months when it first came out but I disliked the high battery drain.
Map I rarely use the map. On the rare occasion I’m riding on new roads and following a route I’ve downloaded onto my Bolt, I stay on the main screen and rely on the LED turn signals and pop-up notifications. Mostly I just ride from my house and when half my times up I turn around and ride home.
Sorry to clarify I meant Strava Live segments, which does use more battery because the processor is doing additional work and having to interrogate the segment database on Strava over mobile date via your phone.
