Hi, I’m a Wahoo Systm newbie looking for advice. I’m trying to establish if it’s possible to see the power target & duration of upcoming intervals in workouts that I’m doing (IE currently in progress). I realise that I can look at the FTP line, colour and “width” of the interval blocks to give me a rough idea, but I’m used to being able to see in advance what’s expected of me exactly in the upcoming interval. I can’t see a way of doing this in Systm workouts - am I missing something?
depending on the workout you’re doing the timer will tell you how much time you’ve got left in the current interval, then, there’ll be an indicator (usually with 10 seconds or less) where the targets are shown on screen that shows whether the next effort will increase or decrease and by how much. Once the new interval begins, the timer then shows how much is remaining at that target.
Other than this, the short answer is no. Some vids will show a breakdown of what to expect during the warmups. To actually see the SPECIFIC targets that will be requested and the SPECIFIC lengths of the intervals, what I have regularly done myself is, prior to actually getting on the bike, review the workouts manually and moving the sliders to see what the targets are.
This is why this topic was made as a FEATURE request. Still not implemented but certainly desirable ![]()
