Facing the same issue, after being told to carry out a field decommission of my Wahoo Kickr Core, I’ve sent the evidence of the unit cable cut and also the serial number but I have yet to receive a response confirming it was done correctly and my replacement would be sent out.
I wouldn’t mind if I could still use it, but since I’ve been told to cut the power, I’m now without a training device.
