Kickr core

Hi everyone

I currently have a kickr core with zwiftride

Last few rides the kickr core has a knocking sound

I’ve raised a ticket with wahoo but no response as yet

Does anyone have any experience with wahoo responses

Also has anyone had a knocking sound with there kickr core

Any help would be appreciated

It sometimes can take a day or two before you get a response if they’re busy, but they’re usually very helpful once they reply.

Yeah, I had the same thing with my Core a while back. For me it turned out to be the belt tension, gave it a little adjustment and the knock went away. Wahoo support can be slow, took them over a week to get back to me, but they did eventually send over a guide. If you’re handy, checking the belt/bolts yourself might save you some waiting.

Had a response today and wahoo are going to replace my kickr core
