Customer support response time

I logged a ticket with Wahoo customer support 5 days ago without response, is this common?

Reply email states that I would receive a response the next available business day.

That’s not been my experience. Hope you get sorted quickly. What’s the issue? Sometimes, folks in the community forum have experienced something similar and might be able to help out.

Agreed. I’m surprised at this TBPH. Is Wahoo “that” short handed now or is it something else?

It took messaging them on Instagram to get a response after a week or so. The Instagram team got me a response within hours.

Anyone else needing help might want to try that.

Once contacted, the help has been great.
