Hey I noticed Improving Focus is on the plan twice - Saturday June 5 and today, Monday June 7.
By design or should it be the Focus Exercise today?
My guess is Focus Exercise but I’ll do both cuz badges
Did the same.
My version of the plan had “Improving Focus” on Saturday and “Kicking Ass In Your Sleep Part I” today. [Appropriate for me, given that my current state of fitness means that in my sleep is likely the only place where I could kick ass… well, if it wasn’t for the insomnia ]
