Systm crashing in OS26?

Anyone else having trouble with System on MacOS26? It’s stopped loading videos and regularly the app just go to a black screen.

Reinstalled, logged out/in, same problem.

On iOS 26 it is also very unstable. White screens and nothing happens.

As an update, so far I’ve sent Wahoo screenshots and videos, but the problem is unresolved.

Am I’m the only one where Systm stopped working on MacOS 26?

I get your frustration I’ve had similar problems on macOS where videos won’t load or the app goes black. Make sure both macOS and the app are updated, try clearing cache if possible, and check for any interfering apps or extensions. Sometimes completely removing the app along with its support files and reinstalling helps. Have you contacted their support yet? They might have a fix for macOS 26.

Thanks @zirken12 - how do I find the relevant support files? I’ve searched around hidden files but no luck. I’ve deleted the Wahoo cache files but no difference.

(And yes, I have a ticket open but so far just sending them more info, don’t think they’ve figured the problem out.

If you’ve already cleared the Wahoo cache and checked hidden folders, the support files are usually stored in system-specific directories, depending on whether you’re on Windows or Mac. Sometimes they’re in:

  • Windows: C:\Users\[YourName]\AppData\Local\Wahoo Fitness\

  • Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Wahoo Fitness/

Make sure hidden files and folders are visible.

If you still can’t find them, the best bet is to ask Wahoo support to point you directly to the file path—they can often guide you better than searching manually.
