I hope someone can help or give me advice… for the last 4 or 5 days my Home page on the app has looked like this:
All the other pages - Calendar, Library Progress, Settings look and work normally. Is this happening to anybody else?
My Android phone app is fine, but my Microsoft app looks the same. White home page and all other pages function as they should.

My Home page once again looks normal. Could have been magic, an act of God, some finagling from minions… who knows.
The important thing is that it’s no longer blank.

My home page will not load either, in Android. Pc version is fine.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Systm app and only once saw the home page, the first time I opened it after reinstalling.
The other sections work fine, but that home page on android is totally broken.
Edit actually, the History Beta page also will not load for me.
@Rupert @Rupert is Wahoo aware of this issue? I’m not sure which threads are monitored or if we are able to summon you at will

That’s very strange. Have you tried turning it off and back on again? 
I see the home screen on both my phone and PC, so that’s very strange. You could try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. But don’t do that if you have downloaded pre-remastered videos you want to keep.

Sir Evan, I wish had the un-remastered Suff videos downloaded, but alas I do not. I uninstalled and reinstalled SYSTM on the Surface and the two pages are still blank. I also submitted a ticket through Support…so fingers crossed.

Had the same issue. I was finally able to download it on my surface pro. Kinda wish you had disabled that also…

Is there a reason Systm leaves an activity grey even though complete?
This is my Kitchen Sink (which was a downloaded ride) after the tech issues. The other two that day turned green. Systm credited me for the ride as it does for the others.
Question 2.
Does Systm treat the power settings for the ride separately based on 4DP? What I saw was during Kitchen Sink, I had been riding at 115% because I felt my Full Frontal number for FTP was low, but when I started the Shovel portion, I got buried (pun intended). What I am guessing is it uses either FTP, MAP, AC or NM based on the intent of that portion of the video. Is that accurate?
Grey usually means you did a ride that was not scheduled on your calendar.

Did you increase all your 4DP metrics, or just your FTP metric?
