Transferring Systm workouts to your ROAM

HI guys - not sure if this is possble or not, but i have a 2 hour No video ride 12x10s Sprints in my plan for Saturday.

Is there a way of transferring my rides like this to my Roam (like you would do if you had it set up in Training Peaks)?

Just add the workout to your SYSTM calendar and ensure you sync your headunit with the SYSTM app.
