Workout data on elemnt app

Hi
Just noticed that indoor workouts that I have done in the Systm app are not showing on the history page in the Elemnt app. All is ok up until the 21st July and today’s outdoor ride from my Bolt is there too but 22nd July to now indoor rides have not synced. Any ideas why or how I can get them onto the apps history page ? thanks

This has happened again after the minions had sorted it the last time. Last sync was 15th August. Anyone else getting this problem? Thanks

Hi - Also not getting history data. Last workout on August 22 showed on Element Bolt157C (and loaded to Strava). Nothing since. I finish workout , can see it (ie was recorded on element) but nothing in history.
Can pair phone and element (BOLT 157C) . Asks to update from 17028 to 1755 then doe not do it( but that has been going on for a while …..and the hostory issue is new). I have rebooted, resynched ….other suggestions??

I would suggest submitting a ticket so the team can look into your issue, this thread is over 3 years old now and was posting in the SYSTM app section of the forum https://support.wahoofitness.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Hi , thanks. In the end I remembered the last time I had problems I went in and deleted all the maps . (I found an old post…of mine ! )

I do not understand why wahoo keeps updating them - I am very unlikely to ever ride my bike in some of these places - but I deleted most of the maps ( again) and that solved the issue.
