I got an email yesterday with a code to redeem on the Wahoo store so that I could pay the shipping on the store, and get the gift itself free.
So I was watching for it in the post for nothing it seems. Haha. Makes sense why it never came earlier.
I guess anyone else still waiting should expect the same email from Wahoo.
I received it yesterday and ordered the gifts despite the shipping cost. I already received notification that it is on its way now.

It still charged you shipping? When I entered the code it zeroed out shipping cost as well. Oh - are you outside US?
I sent an email yesterday concerning the shipping costs with a prompt reply (about 45mins) that they’re working on it. I’m pretty positive they’ll get it sorted

I admit I nearly choked seeing no option beyond FedEx. $25 Cad shipping for… Water bottles.
But I know shipping costs and I live in the boonies. So I paid up, to wrap it up.

So weird. I’m not that far from you, as you know, and I got mine without any email notification and without having to order them or go to their website or pay shipping. As Dame Isi said above, she has contacted them, and I too am pretty sure they’ll get y’all sorted. You should NOT have to pay shipping for these bottles. That’s just nutz.
Yes. Shipping was 5€, which i accepted to pay to finally get the stuff.
Well nothing for nothing, but I would consider dropping them a note - most folks didn’t have to pay shipping. Five Euro will fill the bottles with something…
They seem to have sorted it out. Yesterday shipping to Germany was 5€. Today it’s 0€.

I contacted Rupert H and got a really fast reply and refund of the shipping cost I had paid. What a classy guy!

I tried to follow the claim instructions in the email I received and saw the following when I tried to add items to my cart:
I’m in Sweden if that matters. Any idea of when stock will be replenished?
So, I got an email on 3/8 that I would be getting some bottles in a week or two.
Nothing yet.
Is there something I need to do to claim these?
It’s not a big deal as I have plenty of bottles.

Hi there, check your junk folder for another email from Wahoo with a redemption code in it to claim the items from the Wahoo online shop.
If you never got one, try replying to that email asking how to claim.
They should be back in stock now
