Looks like it yes, when I signed up at first page I chose the Join A Team option before even completing registration. It does show this:

the forum could use a cleanse 
There’s a couple of threads under the Announcements category. There’s a few threads under the Challenges and Achievements/The Wahoolimabob Tour category. There’s some in the Nine Hammers category and there might be some loose threads that are “uncharacterized”.
What was the topic/theme, Dame @Isa, maybe I can help. I spend waaaaaaay more time in here than most
