Wahoo bolt 2 - elevation indoor ride, incorrect speed

auto upload to training peak, work out update syncing with training peak require a manual disconnection (and it infact does not disconnect) and try multiple times before it would sync workout onto the bolt or upload

@kirk_kwok TP sync is working for me and there is a page in settings in the Wahoo App to deauthorize and authorize and the process is straightforward.
