Honestly, during the outdoor season here in the Northern outpost, I am much more inclined toward a yoga challenge than an indoor cycling one.

Not so much an event as a 30 day challenge with a badge for completion. I’ve done all the new yoga vids but could just use a little extra motivation to do them regularly.

I’m all for SUF day the final weekend of October every year! It’s what Kitchen Sink is made for! (And the only reason I’ve ever ridden Kitchen Sink)

I haven’t given AI much thought or time so, I honestly would not know. Maybe someone can teach me how to use it.
You basically just tell it what you want and if it doesn’t come out the way you like, you can edit your request and provide more detail or clarification. There are lots of free AI image generators out there. You can just Google it, or you can even use Google’s own AI called Gemini. That’s what I used in this case. The thing is, there’s just no soul in it.
