Just did mid program ramp test. It adjusted my #s slightly higher. Did 9h today and my chamois started to get shredded mid way thru. By hammer #9 it was in tatters. Is the intent of this workout or are my #'s maybe a tad too high? Fragile male ego wants to leave them as is, reality check may say otherwise…
