I’ve been a little patchy with my training plan lately but, this morning, I made myself get up early and ride Blender.
It ripped my legs off and beat me with the wet ends.
A timely, if aggressive, reminder amidst all of this flux and discussion and form-filling that glorious, miserable, suffering is still there.
Find a vacant flogging station and get it done!

I rode the Sufferlandrian Slingshot “group ride” on Training Peaks Virtual, yesterday. I was sadly the only one to join. So inside the first lap as a long warm up. Then the second lap as an ITT. Finally half of the third lap as a cool down. Was a very effective flogging station.

And now that you’ve done Blender, I think the next step is Nine Hammers. Then ISLTA. Then finally Kitchen Sink.

Doing 1 ITT is bad enough but doing those 3 in Blender are horrific especially as they come right at the end, suffering indeed is glorious

I don’t think it was posted anywhere. Or if it was I didn’t see it retroactively. I logged in and was just checking the events and saw it so I had to join.
